Cream Puffs

This is my mother’s recipe and one I love. – jackie

Ingredients:
1 cup water
1/2 cup oleo
1 cup flour
4 eggs
1 pkg (3-1/2 oz) instant pudding mix
1 cup milk
2 cup chilled whipped cream

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Heat water and oleo to rolling boil. Stir in flour. Stir vigorously over low heat (1 minute) until mixture forms a ball.
  3. Beat in eggs, all at one time, beating until smooth. Bake for 30 minutes.
  4. After filled with cream, dust with confectioner sugar.
  5. Filling: Make pudding as directed on the package. Mix together instant pudding mix and milk. Add whipped cream.
