Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup ham, cubed
1/4 cup onions, chopped (optional)
1 minced garlic clove (optional)
1/2 tsp dried basil leaves
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup frozen peas
1 soup can of milk
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/8 tsp pepper
2 cups hot cooked tortellini pasta
Directions:
In 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, in hot oil, cook ham, onion, garlic, and basil for 2 minutes.
