Cock ‘a la Crock
This recipes comes from Aaron Kuehl in the Essential Game Bird Recipes by Pheasants Forever. Ingredients: 1 pheasant, deboned 1 pkg (8oz) mixed vegetables 2 cans (10-3/4oz) cream of potato soup pepper to taste Directions: Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on High for 4 hours. Serve over fresh-baked biscuits.
